Ron was Rêve2mer's first captain for several years, sailing in the Caribbean, the Mediterranean and the Seychelles. With Andrew as his iconic second captain, they combine technical and nautical expertise with perfect knowledge of the sailing areas, ensuring a successful and safe cruise.

Sail & Work Experience Andrew has navigated waters from the Indian Ocean to the Adriatic and Mediterranean Seas before assuming the role of co-skipper and now captain aboard the wonderful Rêve2mer. Dynamic and cheerful, with experience serving clients from diverse backgrounds, he is well-versed in the intricacies of a memorable cruise, often anticipating your desires before you voice them. An accomplished fisherman, he oversees leisure activities during the charter, including wakeboarding, paddleboarding, snorkelling, and much more! Job Description Andrew is responsible for assisting the captain in navigation, safety, the overall running and financial management of the vessel, crew, and guests. He always ensures the safe and efficient operation of REVE2MER, including compliance with all procedures and regulations that keep our guests safe. He takes care of adhering to flag regulations, port state and local laws and regulations, and manages the crew to ensure adherence to, and a full understanding of, the catamaran’s policies.

Description: Sail & Work Experience Clara embarked on her culinary journey as a part-time chef at the Iles des Palmes Hotel Eco while still completing her high school education. Motivated by her early experiences, she pursued formal training at the Seychelles’ Tourism Academy to acquire certification in culinary arts. Her dedication led her to refine her skills at the Constance Ephelia Resort and Spa, where she prepared both cold and hot dishes. In 2019, she joined Rêve2Mer as the head chef, overseeing culinary operations while also contributing as a capable deckhand. Job Description As a stewardess, Clara is responsible for organisation, management, and cleanliness of all interiors. She maintains an accurate record of all service items and supplies and ensures cleaning and preparation of the vessel to the highest standards prior to all guest trips. As a chef, Clara is further responsible for the crew and guest meals throughout the charter. With a deft touch and creative flair, she crafts meals that can be likened to the finest dining experiences. Her strong background in high-end hospitality has given her a keen eye for detail, a proactive approach, and a genuine passion for ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless experience on board. Attentive, discreet, and always welcoming, she takes great pride in anticipating guests' needs and will do her utmost to fulfil every request with professionalism, efficiency, and a warm smile, helping to create a relaxed and memorable charter experience. Job Description As a Hostess, Eliza is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the yacht’s interior, preparing and serving meals and refreshments, assisting with provisioning, and ensuring guests are comfortable throughout their stay. She also supports the crew with day-to-day vessel operations as required, helping to create a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable onboard environment.
